Senior Electronic Sales Engineer

Operating Duty:

1. be responsible for contacting and developing potential (terminal) customers independently, and properly traveling, visiting and handling relationship maintenance;

2. collect and analyze the relevant information of the finished products and competitors of the customers, and be able to formulate the corresponding sales plan according to the customer needs;

3. responsible for establishing customer files, management and tracking;

4. be responsible for handling various customer demand inquiries, and quote and follow up with customers according to customer characteristics;

5. responsible for promoting business details such as price negotiation and contract signing in business cooperation;

6. be responsible for completing individual performance objectives and all assessment indexes according to the company's plan objectives;

7. responsible for tracking the goods of the developed cooperative customers and recovering the payment;

8. responsible for handling the customer's return and replacement;

Job Requirements:

1. master full-time undergraduate degree or above, and major in electronics, communication, computer, marketing and other related fields is preferred;

2. have experience in electronic industry, can accept excellent graduates;

3. if you have more than one year sales experience, it is preferred;

4. have strong English reading and writing skills;

5. the logic thinking is agile, the communication ability is strong, the work is active and the personality is cheerful;

6. be honest, pragmatic, team work and good heart quality;

7. have strong desire for success and can bear certain working pressure.

Pay:

Base salary + performance bonus + monthly excellent award + top and no top bonus + year end bonus

(Note: our domestic sales personnel, one-year Employment: annual salary is not less than 150000; two years or more: annual salary is not less than 300000, and the annual salary of the better is more than 600000)

Job Requirements:

1. Full time bachelor degree or above, electronics, communication, computer, marketing and other related majors are preferred;

2. More than one year's working experience in sales is required, with or without experience in the industry;

3. Strong ability in English reading and writing;

4. Quick logical thinking, strong communication ability, proactive and cheerful personality;

5. Honesty, pragmatism, sense of teamwork and good psychological quality;

Pay:

Base salary + performance + no Ceiling Commission
