Responding flexibly to customer’s needs with diverse technologies
Electronic devices used in industrial equipment include ASSP (application specific standard products). In the design of these devices, careful cooperation is very important at the stage of determining product specifications. Our experienced engineers work closely with customers to produce ASSP that meets their functional, performance, quality and cost requirements.
While providing ASSP products, we can also provide customers with circuits that can give full play to the best performance of these products. Customers can choose suitable products from a series of operational amplifiers to design analog circuits, and then integrate the selected sensors and their digital processing circuits.
We produce the best electronic devices according to the needs of customers, and ensure the long-term stable supply. The operational amplifier, power supply IC and ASSP (AFE IC) of ASTC wireless support the manufacturing of various fields.
Optical semiconductor technology for encoders – supporting the evolution of industrial robots. The rapid and accurate movement of the arm and other parts is very important for the smooth operation of industrial robots. EFFICIENT wireless technology integrates the encoder sensor for detecting the motion part and the device for signal processing circuit on a single chip, so as to improve the operation accuracy of the industrial robot.
Our optoelectronic semiconductor technology provides extremely accurate sensing for encoders. Because the optical IC is not affected by electromagnetic clutter, it can accurately detect the motor rotation and ensure accurate operation. At the same time, the high-speed signal processing circuit constructed by our operational amplifier supports the smooth movement of the robot with fast processing speed.
The current trend is the need for small industrial robots with less installation space. This drives the demand for smaller, thinner encoder sensor ICs, and EFFICIENT wireless's optoelectronic semiconductor products help to meet these requirements.
The wireless electronic device technology of EFFICIENT technology will continue to support the evolution and development of industrial robots.
Analog signal processing technology – realizing highly accurate sensing
Industrial equipment uses a variety of sensors, from encoders for detecting movement to flow sensors for gases or liquids in pipelines, for managing plant / warehouse facilities, or for food temperature sensors, and gas sensors for gas detectors.
The potential problem when these sensors are brought into the product is signal processing. The analog signal from the sensor is very small and may be affected by electromagnetic clutter. Depending on the type of sensor, there may also be a significant difference in signal strength and temperature characteristics. Therefore, for high precision sensor, advanced simulation processing technology is needed. In addition to signal amplification, noise is eliminated and sensor characteristics corrected.
The solution provided by EFFICIENT technology wireless solves the problems faced by the manufacturer of the whole machine. Based on the excellent technology accumulated by many analog semiconductors such as high-quality operational amplifiers, we can provide analog circuits for noise elimination, compensation and amplification signals, and transform analog signals into analog front-end (AFE) ic of digital signals, and realize accurate sensing.
Providing efficiency and stability with PMICs
Industrial equipment power supply usually requires high input voltage. The standard supply voltage is usually 12V, 24V and 48V. The switch voltage regulator (step-down) and controller (*) provided by the company wireless can cope with these power supply voltages, and can still provide stable and reliable power supply in the environment of noise, surge and power failure.
We also have switch regulators (boost / depressurization), series regulators (including 3 terminals and LDO models), parallel regulators and switch driver IC for the pol (load point) applications after 12V or 5V voltage reduction. Therefore, our product portfolio can cover various power supply uses of industrial equipment.
